Its Step

Custom CRM development for your business

I build CRMs and internal systems around a company’s specific process — when an off-the-shelf CRM forces you to work “like everyone else” or customizing it already costs more than having your own. Requests, catalogs, calculators, documents and email come together in one window, with roles and access rights.

What I build into a CRM

Requests and pipeline

Your own deal stages, owners, tasks and history for every client. The Conteria tender system has 13 stages from tender to deal.

Catalogs and calculators

A catalog of products or machinery with filters and a calculator that works by your rules — for example, leasing with bank terms.

Counterparty checks

A company is checked by its tax ID (INN) right when the request is created — no manual searching in third-party services.

Email inside the CRM

Emails from clients and suppliers arrive right in the system, and you can reply without switching to your inbox.

Roles and permissions

A manager sees their own requests, the head sees the whole pipeline and reports, an administrator manages the reference data.

Integrations and AI

amoCRM, Bitrix24, email, YooKassa and Tribute. AI product descriptions and document parsing — where they save hours of work.

02

The CRM is built around the process, not the other way round

First I look at how the work is done now: who does what, where requests get lost, which spreadsheets are kept by hand and what is duplicated in them. Only then do I design the screens and the data — so the system removes extra work instead of adding more.

I deliver in stages: a demo of the working part every week, and payment by stage too. You see what you’re paying for, and changes are made along the way rather than in one list at the end. That’s how the CRM for the leasing platform was delivered — with a machinery catalog, a calculator and company checks by tax ID.

The stack is Next.js, Django or FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. I hand over the code and access to you: you can develop the system in-house or together with me.

FAQ

How much does CRM development cost?

The quote is fixed in the contract after a free 30-minute call, and the timeline is 3–6 weeks. The final price depends on modules, roles and integrations.

Why a custom CRM instead of amoCRM or Bitrix24?

An off-the-shelf CRM works well if your process fits its logic. A custom one is needed when your own reference data, calculators, documents and rules matter — or when customizing an off-the-shelf one already costs more. Often an integration with amoCRM is enough, and I’ll tell you so honestly on the call.

Can data be moved from spreadsheets or an old system?

Yes. We discuss data migration on the call and plan it as a separate stage of the work.

Who owns the code?

You do. After launch I hand over the code and access, and 2 weeks of support are included in the price.

How does payment work?

By stage. Every week I show the working part of the system, so you see what you’re paying for.

Do you work under a contract?

Yes, as a registered self-employed professional. Scope, timeline and price are fixed in the contract before work begins.
